2019/20 saw us discussing ....have a guess. Yes you are so right...Brexit and and everything HR. How quickly we have moved on! Then there was Covid 19. We successfully moved online and found HR colleagues needed each other more than ever.
Our first event in September 2021 will be a group coaching session for members. We figure that HR needs all the support we can offer; we are usually so busy supporting everyone else. Our focus in 21/22 will be how to help HR help the rest.
Sometimes we get a panel but sometimes we just find an expert to kick us off and then we share ideas and practices.
We usually have a drinks on the lawn event in July and we are determined to carry that on. It will be our first face to face meeting for a long time.
The 2021/2 programme is baking in the oven; all topics are planned, but they could change depending on the issue of the moment. We will have breakfasts, teas and a couple of Zooms. We need to keep in touch with hybrid working arrangements and learn from each other.
